- The customer contacts the WEX sales team.
- WEX enables the account for EV.
- The customer orders EV-enabled cards, or enables existing cards.
- WEX ships new cards and RFIDs to the customer’s business mailing address.
- The customer distributes new cards and RFIDs to drivers.
Please note:
- A WEX customer service rep may help larger accounts manage the process.
- Each EV-enabled card comes with an accompanying RFID to activate charging stations in the WEX network.
- The DriverDash mobile app may also be used to activate any charging station in the WEX network.
- Charging transactions will be invoiced alongside traditional fuel reporting. Transactions will be reported in kWh and total cost.
